Click here, type all the necessary information and click Submit. We'll send you an confirmation email to the email account you typed. Follow the instruction on that email and complete account activation. Once logged in, you'll see your account home page.

I don't see any purchase history, but I DID purchased a product from you, why?
The history shows only the products purchased from www.virtualpainter5.com. The products purchased from other web sites (www.vpainter.com or partner web sites) does not show up in your purchase history at this time.
And the history shows only the products purchased with the email address with which you are currently logging in. If you have created your account with the different email address than the one you used when purchasing a product, please create a new account and ask us to delete the previous one.

Please create a new account with your new email address, then let us know your new and old email address and ask us to delete your previous account.
