If you are using Internet Explorer 3.0 and above, you are able to place secure orders. Please make sure you have all the security features turned on in the preference settings for your browser.

While unnecessary, spaces and dashes are acceptable in the credit card number.

I keep getting an error message. Is my card not good?
There are many reasons why a credit card transaction can fail. One reason may be that your credit limit has been reached. Other reasons may have nothing to do with your credit card, but rather with a credit card machine on our end or your bank's end. If you have problems, you can contact sales@virtualpainter5.com for assistance.

Is a physical shipment (CD-ROM) available?
Virtual Painter Classic and VSO PhotoDVD 2 are for download sale only. The CD-ROM version is available for Virtual Painter 5, Snap Art and ArtStudioPro.
