Specifying proper Paint Shop Pro manually

1. If you have multiple versions of Paint Shop Pro installed on a PC, the installation program may find a different version of Paint Shop Pro than you like to install for or may not find any Paint Shop Pro even if it is surely installed.

In these cases, you need to specify the plug-in folder of your Paint Shop Pro manually. Click OK on those message windows and proceed to Select Destination Directory dialog box.

2. Click Browse.

3. Here, you need to specify the plug-in folder of your Paint Shop Pro. The plug-in folder of Paint Shop Pro varies depending on the version. If you have installed your Paint Shop Pro by default, the plug-in folder would be as shown below.

Once you specify the folder, the installation program automatically create a subfolder named "vpceTrial". So, if you specify the plug-in folder of Paint Shop Pro 9, Virtual Painter Classic Trial Plug-In version will be installed into
C:\Program Files\Jasc Software Inc\Paint Shop Pro 9\PlugIns\vpceTrial\.

Click OK and continue installation with the instruction here.
