Before installing Virtual Painter 3, please make sure that your Paint Shop Pro X's version is 10.03 or later. Update patch is available at Corel's web site.
1. Run setup.exe to start installation program. Once the InstallShield Wizard window appears, click Next.
2. Click and select "I accept the terms in the license agreement", then click Next.
3. Click Next.
4. Click and select "Custom", then click Next.
5. Click Change to open Change Current Destination Folder window.
6. Here, you need to specify the plugin folder of Paint Shop Pro X. By default, it would be
C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel Paint Shop Pro X\PlugIns\
Specify the folder above and click OK.
7. Click Next.
8. Click Install to start copying the files.
9. Click Finish to exit the installation program.
10. Online Product Registration window appears. Click Skip to close the window.
11. Click OK to close Registration Aborted window. Congratulations! Now you are ready to use Virtual Painter 3.
12. Start Paint Shop Pro X and open any full color image. Select Effects > Plugins > Virtual Painter > filter name to open Virtual Painter 3 main window.
